Privacy Policy — CNet Tiny WMS

Last updated: 11 September 2026

CNet Tiny WMS is developed by CNet (Heraklion, Crete) for businesses running Entersoft ERP. It is a client application: it connects to a server the business installs on its own network. It is not intended for personal use and creates no user accounts of its own.

CNet receives no data from the app. Everything the app sends goes to the server of the business using it, and nowhere else.

The app does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, location or other identifying information; use advertising, analytics, third-party crash reporting or tracking of any kind; share data with anyone; store or transmit photos or video; or store your password, ever.

Camera. Used solely to read barcodes — shelf labels and item barcodes. Decoding happens on the device; no image is stored or transmitted. The permission is requested only when you tap "Κάμερα", and the app is fully usable without it by typing.

Sent to the business's own server: at sign-in, your ERP username and password, so the ERP can verify them (the password is never stored; the app receives a temporary session that expires after twelve hours and dies when the app closes); and the warehouse movements you record — item, quantity, positions, time, the username you signed in with, and a random device identifier such as dev-3f9a1c02 so a movement can be traced to a device. That identifier is not linked to any Apple or Google identifier and does not identify a person. This data belongs to the business and is governed by its own policy; CNet has no access to it.

Stored on the device only: the server address and scan mode, the last username, the random device identifier, a local copy of the item catalogue, positions and balances so the app works without a network, and any movements made offline that are waiting to be sent. All of it is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Evaluation server. CNet operates a demonstration server at wms.cnet.gr with a fictitious warehouse, for evaluating the app. Only a user who explicitly enters it as their server address reaches it. Like any web server it keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, time, request) for operation and security, and for nothing else. Its data is erased daily.

Your rights. Because CNet receives no data from the app, there is nothing held by CNet to correct or delete. For data held by your business's server, contact its administrator.
